Carrier Oil – organic fractionated coconut oil or sweet almond oil suggested
10 drops cinnamon oil
5 drops clove
10 drops orange
5 drops lemon
- Fill a 10 ml glass amber roller bottle 3/4 full with carrier oil
- Add in essential oils
- Shake well before each use and roll onto wrists, back of neck, behind ears, or just inhale!
