Here are a few of the benefits and uses for rosemary essential oil:

Topical Uses Include:

  • Headache relief
  • Boost Immunity
  • Lymphatic system support
  • Allievate Muscle & Joint Pain (dilute and massage onto area of discomfort)
  • Help indigestion (dilute and rub on belly and bottom of feet)
  • Stimulate hair growth
  • Cellulite and Stretch mark reduction – dilute and massage into problem areas
  • Mosquite repellant

Here is an easy and quick recipe for a DIY lymphatic system support blend.


8 drops rosemary essential oil
8 drops lavender essential oil
organic carrier oil such as sweet almond or fractionated coconut.


Fill an 1.7 oz amber glass roller bottle with carrier oil. Leave room at the top for essential oils. Add in essential oils. Shake well to mix. Roll on to lymph nodes and massage gently.
